Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Manage incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them as necessary
· Maintain the professional appearance of the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-equipped with essential stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms, brochures and etc)
· Provide basic and accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email
· Receive, record, sort, and distribute daily mail and delivery efficiently
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
· Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment (e.g. stationery, photocopy machine – maintenance and service)
· Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room scheduling, including preparation of meeting refreshments
· Monitor and record the movement of fixed assets in the database accordingly (e.g. company car – maintenance and service)
· Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
· Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries for management and other departments as required
· Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
· Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
Requirements:
· Minimum SPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma
· Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
· Good team work and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
· Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
