Job Description
1. General office management such as ordering stationary, tracking stocks of office/pantry supplies and placing order, car booking, flight booking, hotel booking management, etc
2. Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files
3. Receptionist, front office representative
4. Assist in manage the product planning schedule to ensure timely delivery of products
5. Ad-hoc assignment as and when required
Requirement
- Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in any field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- 2 years of relevant admin experience
- Mandarin speaker preferred to deal with China clients

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
