Job Summary / 工作简介
The Restaurant Admin Executive supports the daily operations of the restaurant by managing menu displays, supplier documents, inventory records, HR coordination, front desk reception and etc. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and professional client engagement.
餐厅行政执行员通过管理菜单展示、供应商文件、库存记录、人事协调以及前台接待工作,支持餐厅的日常运营。此岗位对于确保信息传递顺畅、文件记录准确以及专业客户接待至关重要。
Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. Menu Card & Poster Management / 菜单与海报管理
- Manage the menu card system.
管理菜单卡系统。
- Upload the daily buffet menu to the user group.
每日将自助餐菜单上传至微信群。
- Prepare and print the daily buffet tent cards.
- 准备并打印每日自助餐桌卡。
- Print and upload daily buffet special menu posters.
打印并上传每日特色菜单海报。
2. Document & Invoice Management / 文件与发票管理
- Sort daily invoices and purchase orders, and submit them to the Person In Charge for signature.
分类每日发票与采购订单,并提交给负责人签字。
- Organize invoices, ensure proper sign-off by Person In Charge, and ensure accurate record the spreadsheet. 整理发票,确保由相关负责人签署,并准确记录在电子表格中。
- Ensure all documents are correctly filed in a timely manner. 确保所有文件及时且正确地归档。
3. HR Support / 人事支持
- Assist business unit staff in communicating with the HR Department on HR-related matters.
协助业务单元员工就人事相关事宜与人力资源部沟通。
- Manage the HR administrative scope for the business unit.
负责业务单元的人事行政工作范围。
4. Front Desk & Client Service / 前台与客户服务
- During operation hours, handle front desk duties including cashiering, takeaway orders, and responding to client inquiries professionally.
营业时段管理前台工作,包括收银、外带订单处理及专业回应客户咨询。
5. VIP Dining Services / 贵宾餐饮服务
- Assist in VIP dining services when required, with training provided by the company. 按需协助提供贵宾餐饮服务,公司将提供相关培训。
6. Replacement Backup / 替代支援
- Provide as a replacement backup in the absence of the Unit Manager, Supervisor, or Storekeeper (e.g., during annual or medical leave).
在单位经理、主管或仓管员缺勤期间(例如年假或病假期间)提供替代支援。
Requirements / 任职要求:
- Diploma in Business Admin, Hospitality, or related field.
拥有工商管理、酒店管理或相关专业文凭。
- At least 2 years of administrative or F&B experience.
至少两年行政或餐饮行业经验。
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva and digital platforms (WeChat, OneBox, SharePoint).
熟练操作Microsoft Office, Canva 及数字平台(如微信、OneBox、SharePoint)。
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Must be fast and efficient in completing tasks.
做事有条理,注重细节,能同时处理多项任务,必须工作高效、动作迅速。
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
具备良好的沟通与人际交往能力。
- Proficiency in written Chinese is compulsory.
必须具备书写中文的能力。

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (includes 2-hour break)
工作时间:星期一至星期五,早上8点至晚上7点(包含2小时休息时间)
