*Job Requirements :

- Minimum 1 years’ experience as an Accounting or Administrative Assistant or SPM / Diploma

- knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

- Hardworking, willing to learn, strong sense of responsibility, honest and trustworthy

- Language required: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

* Job description:

- Basic bookkeeping and math skills

- Record income and expenses

- Prepare payment vouchers

- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

- Discretion with personal and confidential information

- Maintain relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get best pricing on supplies and services

- Manage vendor registration, renewing company license, certificate and etc

*Working Hours = 8.30am - 5:30pm ( Monday - Friday ) & = 9:00am - 1:00pm ( Saturday) (Job Highlights 5 1/2 days work & after confirm will be 5 days working day)
