Job Description:
- Handle paperwork and support the accountant with E-invoice processing
- Make payments and accurately record transactions
- Managing and organizing documentation and records
- Manage staff attendance and LIL (Leave in Lieu) checking
- Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in admin or accounts support role
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
