Job Description
a. Administrative Role:
Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office tasks.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries professionally.
- Aid in inventory management and procurement processes
- To do packing for event team before event day
- To clean up event items after event
- To handle Shopee account
- Able to multitask to support sales & marketing team and management team
Accounting Role:
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Maintain financial records with accurate data entry.
- Aid in reconciling bank statements and verifying financial transactions.
- Support in preparing financial reports and presentations.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls, including petty cash.
- Ensure proper processing and recording of supplier invoices and purchase orders.
- Process bank deposits and update accounting records in the system and Excel.
- To ensure AR is up to date.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in accounting, business administration or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel and Word), Cloud online systems such as Google Drive and OneDrive.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Refrens is an added advantage).
- Skills in handling AI systems such as ChatGpt, DeepSeek, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable working paperless as all our systems are online.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Having your own transport is an added advantage.
Job Types: Internship, Student job
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
