Job Scope:
- Update and monitor incoming payment.
- Collect on accounts by sending ageing and communication with sales person via phone or email.
- Generate monthly or quarterly statements.
- Performing account reconciliations.
- Issue Credit and debit note when necessary.
- Follow up on collections, communicate with customer via phone or email
- Assist in year-end audit
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting exercises
Job Requirements:
- Looking for Mandarin Speaker
- Experienced in finance and accounting
- With direct / indirect FMCG industry who has experience handle hyper or super market
- Good communication skills
- Good accounting skills
