Finance Scope
· Compile & prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly Financial and Management Reporting and ensure timely and accuracy.
· Ability to analysis report with explanatory for BOD
· Ability to handle Project Accounting
· Plan, prepare, execute and monitor annual budget & forecast, variance analysis and cash flow projection.
· Ability to implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and overseas the internal control of the company.
· Ensure treasury/credit control/cashflow matters
· Improving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness and achieving cost saving for the group.
· Oversee and participate in feasibility studies and due diligence on potential investment
· Lead, direct, evaluate and develop account & finance team to ensure the financial strategies are implemented effectively.
Account Scope
· Prepare audit / tax schedule and bank reconciliation
· Monitoring and update of Fixed Assets Schedule including capitalization & depreciation run
· Able to handle full set of accounts and timely closing of monthly accounts for the company and / or its group of companies
· (receivables, payables, fixed assets, general ledger, payment voucher, cheque / online preparation, bank reconciliation and any other accounting related work)
HR Scope
· Responsible to process monthly payroll, commission and annual bonuses for the company (EPF, Socso, HRDF and PCB contribution)
Others Scope (additional advantage)
· Experience in migration of financial data from SQL to MRP
· Able to redesigning the standard chart of accounts
Requirements:-
-Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent(professional qualification is an advantage)
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience including handing bank facilities and project cash flows
- Strong leadership skills and able to manage a team
- High level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
- Familiar with project based accounting and ERP/accounting systems
