This is a fantastic opportunity to join the highly dynamic ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' as a Production Manager. In this full-time role based in Senai Johor, you will be responsible for the seamless and efficient management of the company's production operations, ensuring that targets are consistently met or exceeded.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the production process, from resource planning to quality control
- Develop and implement production schedules to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production personnel
- Collaborate closely with other departments to align production with wider business objectives
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of at least 5 years' experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
- Strong working knowledge of production management principles and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve high levels of performance
- Strong commercial acumen and a keen eye for identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Proficient in the use of production management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
