Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure Quality Management System (QMS) for Semiconductor Division is documented, implemented, maintained and continually improved
- To maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating and coordinating programs in accordance to the company policies and procedures.
- To control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data system
- To maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- To prepare budget for warehouse expenses.
- To complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning headcounts to support production.
- To maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- To maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, planning and monitoring.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognized institutions.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory control and logistics.
- A self-motivated team player who can work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Good planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
- Able to work with tight timelines.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of SAP are an added advantage.
