- Perform day-to-day accounting functions, including bookkeeping, data entry, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Support the team in reconciling bank statements and verifying financial transactions.
- Record and process invoices, receipts, and payments in the accounting system.
- Monitor budgets and assist in identifying and analyzing financial variances.
- Provide documentation and records to support internal and external audits.
- Maintain well-organized and accurate financial files and reports.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly closing activities.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by supervisors.
