Required Skills
- At least 3 years working experience in material and store control in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Excellent forklift driving skill, preferable in possession of relevant license.
- Articulate and well-written in major local languages.
- Computer literature -like spreadsheets-Excel, well versed in application such as ISAH.
- Loading/unloading by forklift.
- Involved stock count activities during year end finance closing or monthly stock take.
- Qualifications
- At least SPM with 3 years working in manufacturing field.
- Understand and can read, write and speak simple English.
- Working experience in manufacturing field.
- Candidate without the skills and qualification required may also be considered, which subject to the approval of top management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration and daily operations of the warehouse.
- Ensure proper housekeeping within the vicinity of the warehouse for easy identification and traceability.
- Handling weekly cycle count.
- Update stock records on time and maintain the accuracy of the inventory records.
- Implementing effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the department.
- Undertake and execute all works in a safe manner by complying with relevant laws, regulations, procedures, protocols and codes of practice to safeguard for Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) of own self, other people and properties at workplace.
- Other job functions may be added from time to time at the discretion of the Company.
