Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
· Maintain and update warehouse records, documents, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
· Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other related documents.
· Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence for the warehouse department.
Inventory & Documentation
· Update and maintain stock records and inventory databases accurately.
· Assist in data entry for inbound and outbound goods.
· Ensure proper documentation for stock movements, returns, and adjustments.
· Support the team in preparing monthly stock reports and reconciliations.
Coordination
· Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners for timely delivery and documentation.
· Coordinate with other internal departments (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Operations) to resolve administrative or stock-related matters.
· Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and HR-related documentation for warehouse staff.
Compliance & Reporting
· Ensure warehouse documents comply with company policies and procedures.
· Assist in preparing audit reports and supporting internal/external audit requirements.
· Support Health & Safety record-keeping and compliance checks.
General Support
· Provide clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and correspondence handling.
· Handle telephone calls, emails, and inquiries directed to the warehouse department.
· Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
· At least 1–2 years of working experience in administration, preferably in a warehouse/logistics environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software is an added advantage.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
