We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Assistant – Warehouse to support our daily warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain inventory records, and assist the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
理想候选人需负责行政工作、库存记录,并协助仓库团队确保运营顺畅。
Key Responsibilities / 主要职责:
- Record and update incoming and outgoing goods in the system
在系统中记录并更新进出库货物信息
- Prepare shipping, receiving, and daily reports
准备发货、收货及日常报告
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for daily operations
与仓库员工协调日常工作
- Organize and maintain filing systems and documentation
整理并保管文件与资料
- Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners
与供应商及物流伙伴沟通
- Ensure accuracy of inventory data
确保库存数据准确无误
Requirements / 职位要求:
- Experience in warehouse administration or similar role preferred
有仓库行政或相关经验者优先
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
熟练使用办公软件,特别是 Excel
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
做事细心,有良好的沟通能力
- Able to work independently and under pressure
能独立工作,能承受压力
- Minimum high school education (logistics/supply chain background is a plus)
至少高中学历(物流或供应链背景者优先)
- Preferred Mandarin speaker due to dealing with clients
Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
