- Greet customers warmly and present menus.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean and set properly before and after service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues politely.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area.
- Assist in closing duties (e.g., restocking, cleaning).
- Work closely with kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth operations.
