About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Transport Coordinator Executive to support our logistics operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth cargo collection by coordinating with customers, drivers, and planners. Key Responsibilities:
Order Management – Monitor incoming cargo collection requests via email, WhatsApp, or phone calls and accurately key them into our order management system.
Daily Cargo Collection Planning –Organizing and scheduling cargo collections for the next day.
Route Optimization – Ensure efficient truck space utilization and logical routing to avoid unnecessary trips and delays.
Import LCL Arrangement - Assist Import department with distribution of cargo once container has arrived at our warehouse.
Driver Coordination – Stay in touch with drivers, address any issues they face during collection, and resolve problems promptly.
Customer Communication – Notify customers about their cargo delivery / collection date through various channels and assist with any of their requests.
Issue Resolution – Immediately inform customers if a collection fails and provide updates on the next steps.
Internal Coordination – Work closely with the Customer Service team to confirm that cargo has been successfully collected or has arrived at the warehouse.

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic logistics environment
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Experience in logistics, transport planning, or a related field is a plus

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
