Vacancy: Tele Customer Service cum Car Park Traffic Officer
Company Overview
We are a leading car park operator with multiple sites across the Klang Valley. We are looking for a candidate with call center experience to join our team. Training on other parking-related operations will be provided.
Job Description
-Tele Customer Service
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing assistance over the phone for issues related to car park entry/exit and other parking-related concerns.
- Prepare reports on calls made and received.
- Car Park Traffic Officer
- Handle manual collections for customers unable to make payments through the cashless terminal.
- Enforce SOP, rules, and regulations of the car park.
- Carry out clamping duties (if necessary).
- Ensure the car park system is functioning properly and assist with troubleshooting in the event of a breakdown (Level 1 breakdown training will be provided).
- Other Matters
- Assist with data collection and report generation.
Job Requirements
- Malaysian citizen, aged 18 and above.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written). Candidates with proficiency in English are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
- Night Shift Role (Eg: 10pm - 10am) - Initial Training will be done on Day Shift.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: RM1,700.00 (no experience required)
- For candidates with telemarketing experience, salary will be discussed further.
- Relevant allowances provided.
