Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and supervise export and import freight matters
  • Arrange local and overseas transportation
  • Handle correspondence and communication with local or overseas agents
  • Coordinate with freight companies/shipping companies to ensure that goods are delivered on time
  • Coordinate customer reservations and operation arrangements on a daily basis
  • Provide freight quotes to customers and arrange freight according to customer requirements
  • Communicate with customers, answer logistics-related inquiries, and provide professional transportation solutions
  • Coordinate the operation team to plan the import and export cargo process
  • Assist in managing existing customer accounts
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and answer questions from customers and carriers
  • Maintain good relationships with carriers and customers
  • Assist in solving problems with customers and the transportation process

工作职责:

  • 安排及监督出口和进口的货运事宜
  • 安排本地与海外运输
  • 处理与本地或海外代理的往来信函与沟通
  • 与货运公司/船公司协调,确保货物按时送达
  • 每日协调客户预订与营运安排
  • 为客户提供运费报价,并按客户要求安排货运
  • 与客户沟通,解答物流相关咨询,提供专业的运输解决方案
  • 协调操作团队,规划进出口货物流程
  • 协助管理现有客户账号
  • 处理进出电话,解答客户与承运人的问题
  • 维护与承运人和客户之间的良好关系
  • 协助解决客户与运输过程中的问题

Job requirements:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a college diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to speak Malay and English, Chinese is preferred
  • Need to communicate with Chinese customers or related parties, so fluent Chinese communication skills are required
  • At least one year of relevant work experience in a logistics company is preferred
  • Acceptable work location: Bandar Botanic Capital, Klang
-Working hours 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday
