- Handle full or partial sets of accounts (AP/AR/GL).
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and update accounting records in SQL Accounting System.
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts, and journal entries.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in month-end closing and preparation of management reports.
- Handle SST submissions and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Maintain filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Support HR functions such as employee leave tracking, attendance, and claim processing.
- Assist with correspondence, data entry, and document preparation.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in SQL Accounting Software
- Language: Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Other: Strong attention to detail, good time management, and multi-tasking ability.
