Job Responsibilities
- Manage stock movement, receiving, recording, storing and deliveries.
- Conduct quality checks on stocks.
- Update inventory records and movement logs
- Data entry purchase orders, invoices, delivery order and other relevant documents.
- Conduct quality checks on stock.
- Coordinate with outlets, suppliers and customers on claims and services
- Liaise with internal departments and logistic partners to schedule timely deliveries and resolve delivery related issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the storage area
- Manage administrative tasks.
Requirements
- SPM/STPM/ Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in retail or merchandising is an advantage but not required.
- Must be willing to work at Kajang area.
