- Plan and manage purchasing activities to ensure efficient stock levels
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to get the best price and terms
- Monitor material stock levels to meet production needs
- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to support production schedules
- Coordinate delivery of materials to production line as planned
- Keep accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier info
- Prepare purchasing and inventory reports and forecasts
- Handle warehouse delivery planning, shipping, and logistics coordination
- Ensure all purchasing activities follow company policies and safety rules
- Work with suppliers to solve material shortage issues to avoid production downtime
- Track and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) within budget
- Ensure all work complies with ISO and company standards
- Assist the production planner when needed
Job Requirements
- Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in related field (Supply Chain, Business, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Malay (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- 5.5-day workweek with alternate Saturdays off.
- Willing to work in Tebrau.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
