The role:

As a Supply Chain Executive you will help drive our goals by:

• Arrange inbound and outbound shipments and liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Maintain supply chain data in SAP systems
• Work closely with sales, finance, production, and quality teams for shipment management.
• Handle import and export documentation, including preparation and submission of K1, K2, K8 and K9 forms.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities to ensure timely clearance of containers at Port Klang.
• Ensure compliance with MITI, MAIDA and other regulatory bodies where applicable.
• Proficiency in HS Code classification and familiarity with FTA rules of origin
• Experience with DagangNet ePCO portal for submission of COO and Cost Analysis (CA)

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Have statutory framework governing such as MITI
• Knowledge in SAP
• Experience in liaising with  freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities to ensure timely clearance of containers at Port Klang.
• Proficiency in HS Code classification
• Familiarity with FTA rules of origin
• Experience with DagangNet ePCO portal
