Job description:
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team as the key link between our customers and Technicians.
- Attend to the customers, understand their vehicle concerns, issue repair orders and recommend suitable solutions.
- To ensure a smooth, professional service experience by effectively communicating customer’s needs to the service team.
- Submit accurate technical reports and warranty claims promptly, in line with approved guidelines.
- Ensure vehicles are completed within the promised timeframe and strive to exceed customer expectations in service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding service status, schedule appointments and manage vehicle drop-off and collection.
- Educate customers on warranty coverage and cost-effective service options.
- Coordinate and manage the service workflow and daily schedule in the workshop.
- Inform customers of any changes to service status or updated pick-up times.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
