Job description:
Service Advisor Automotive
1.Reports directly to the SM/superior.
2. Achieve service performance, CSI or any other measurable/non measurable target given.
3. Responsible on advising and communicating with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relaying information to the mechanics.
1. To comply on Customer Handling procedure based on PSM standard especially in reception, delivery area or any other area related with customer and technical personnel.
2. To establish and maintain good customer relations by conducting service reminder and follow up.
3. To handle telephone inquiries and assist customers accordingly.
4. To inform and promote any new product/accessories or campaign available.
5. To monitor and update Customer Request Order based on HQ policy.
6. To assist HQ for any technical & service information required.
7. To ensure adherence of warranty policy and procedures.
8. To assist/prepare on any report require by HQ/superior.
To perform any other duties specified by SM/superior.
