Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers and receive their vehicles for servicing or repair.
- Open repair orders (RO) for all incoming vehicles.
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations for required maintenance or repairs
- Issue invoices upon job completion for customer payment
- Support daily workshop operations, including technical, administrative, and parts-related tasks.
- Provide customers with updates on job progress.
- Prepare technical reports for warranty or claim purposes.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience
Tanggungjawab:
- Melayani pelanggan dan menerima kenderaan untuk servis atau pembaikan.
- Membuka pesanan pembaikan (Repair Order) bagi setiap kenderaan yang diterima.
- Menyediakan anggaran kos dan sebut harga untuk kerja penyelenggaraan atau pembaikan.
- Mengeluarkan invois kepada pelanggan selepas kerja disiapkan.
- Menyokong operasi harian bengkel termasuk tugasan teknikal, pentadbiran dan pengurusan alat ganti.
- Memberi maklumat terkini kepada pelanggan mengenai perkembangan kerja.
- Menyediakan laporan teknikal untuk tujuan tuntutan jaminan atau insurans.
Syarat Kelayakan:
- 1-3 tahun pengalaman
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
