Position Overview:
As a Sales Support Executive, you will act as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, and processing orders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, and delivering product information.
- Assist in coordinating product demos, webinars, and presentations tailored for Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Support the sales team by conducting data analysis and reporting on sales trends, customer preferences, and opportunities.
- Work closely with product and technical teams to resolve product-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A degree in any field is welcome; relevant experience will be valued over specific qualifications.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with automation products or technology solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English,
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
