Job Description
- Promote and sell high-end residential and commercial properties.
- Understand and analyze different client groups (first-time buyers, homeowners, investors) and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, policies, sales processes, loan requirements, and taxation matters.
- Present and highlight project selling points, pricing strategies, and competitive property analysis.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and referrals.
- Negotiate and close sales effectively to achieve company targets.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to speak Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), Bahasa Malaysia, and basic English.
- Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience (high-end residential or commercial preferred).
- Proven sales record with successful deal closures.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market, regulations, and transaction procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure with strong execution and result-oriented mindset.
- Valid REN (Real Estate Negotiator) or REA (Real Estate Agent) license.
- Established network and ability to build a high-net-worth client base.
- Professional, presentable, and trustworthy image.
- Work location: Forest City, Gelang Patah, Johor

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
