- Develop business plan and sales strategy
- Monitor, review and analyze performance to ensure results are on track, and if not, recommend solutions/action plan for rectification
- Supervise Senior Team Manager (STM) & Team Sales Manager (TSM) to ensure STM & TSM implement action plans and meet activity standards
- Foster team environment, high performance culture, encourage best practice sharing and good sales ethics
- Train, coach and mentor STM/TSM to be future ASM
- Ensure smooth operation and running of sales centre
- Oversee Admin Executives (AE) and Personal Assistant (PA) to manage daily sales operation and administration
- Resolve issues hindering sales
- Supervise TSM to achieve compliance and service target
- Strengthen alliances with internal and external stakeholders to continuously understand banking business and industry trends
- Work closely with Group Human Resource in articulating business needs and provide holistic human capital solutions
- To provide work related training as and when required, i.e. Product, Selling Skills, Compliance & etc
- To cascade down important notice and information to the sales team under purview
