Job Description & Job Details
Working Days: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000
Location: SW-03-38 Cova Square, Jalan Teknologi, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
1) Engage with potential clients via phone calls and convert leads into successful sales
2) Manage and follow up on all provided leads to ensure timely conversions
3) Report progress, challenges, and client feedback to the founder for strategy refinement
4) Build long-term client relationships to foster trust and repeat business
5) Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings
6) Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on goals and campaigns
7) Provide ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales strategy based on real-time feedback
8) Attend face-to-face client meetings to negotiate and close deals when needed
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
1) Diploma or relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business
2) Experience in telesales or direct sales is a plus (fresh grads also welcome)
3) Strong communication and persuasive skills
4) Goal-driven, independent, and highly motivated
5) Comfortable speaking with clients and handling objections
6) Willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a sales environment
7) Able to commute to Kota Damansara for office-based work and client meetings
