The Sales Commission Manager is responsible to oversee Sales Commission functions in Malaysia. This role required to lead small sales commission team, ensuring accurate and timely payout of commission and resolving disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Make an Impact by:
- To ensure sales commission processes and systems are setup to in an optimal and efficient manner in serving our internal stakeholders, external partners and ensuring commission payout accuracy
- Be able to translate commission schema into quantifiable formulae and computational logic
- Monitoring of the sales commission processes, working with various stakeholders to resolve any disputes& discrepancies and issues as and when it arises
- Promptly address any concerns and issues relates to sales commission payout
- Ensure all operational processes are documented with SLA defined
- To drive automation initiatives including working with IT or Digital team to provide requirements for the automation initiatives. To lead the team in user acceptance testing (UAT) for such automation
Skills for Success
- Graduate from Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ IT/ Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial or business operations
- Experience in leading a team or co-workers and dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Familiar with billing systems and process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong analytical skills, eye for detail and meticulous
- Possess effective communication both in written and spoken
