Sales Executive Chery

Report To: Outlet Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Showroom Organization: Ensure the showroom and workspace are organized according to the Simplified Operational Standards (SOS).
- Commercial Documents: Ensure brochures, pamphlets, and flyers are readily available for customers.
- Showroom Management: Regularly check the showroom condition and resolve any issues that arise.
- Customer Data Management: Ensure all customer data (leads) are updated in CRM and tracked through the entire purchasing process.
- Customer Follow-up: Engage with prospects professionally and follow up as necessary.
- Product Presentation: Invite prospects to the showroom and prepare product presentations as per SOS standards.
- Test Drive Arrangements: Invite prospects to perform test drives and ensure the test drive unit is ready.
- Fact-Finding and Product Suitability: Conduct fact-finding to understand customer needs and propose suitable products.
- Used Car Valuation: Assist customers with part-exchange vehicle valuation, if necessary.
- Proposal and Financial Aid: Prepare proposals and assist in offering financial solutions to customers.
- Document Completion: Ensure all necessary documents for vehicle purchase are completed and signed off by the customer before submission.
- Vehicle Registration: Assist in vehicle registration, insurance, inspection, and liaising with relevant authorities.
- Vehicle Delivery: Prepare new vehicles for delivery, ensuring all inspections are complete and issues are reported.
- Customer Engagement: Perform Customer Contact After Delivery, utilizing standard report templates within five working days.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
