Location: 6196, Tingkat Bawah, Lorong Mesra Jaya 1, Taman Mesra Jaya, 13400 Butterworth, Pulau Pinang.
Working Hour(Shift): 10am-7pm, 1pm-10pm (Mon - Sun with 1 rest day)
Contract Duration: 12 months (3 months probation)
Job Description:
- Greet and help customers in a polite and professional way.
- Keep the front desk area clean and make sure it has enough stationery and materials.
- Help customers with delivery, packing, and shipping services.
- Take customer orders and arrange with drivers for pick-up.
- Make sure everything runs smoothly at the Drop-Off Point, including parcel pick-ups.
- Help sort and handle incoming parcels and assist drivers with collection.
- Always follow company rules and procedures.
Requirement:
- Can start work immediately and able to work 6 days a week.
- Having experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage.
- Know how to use basic Microsoft Office or Google tools.
- Willing to help the team during busy times (OT can be claimed).
