Job Summary:
The Sales Executive provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of sales activities. This role helps maintain client relationships, coordinates with various departments, and assists in achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager/Executive in preparing proposals, contracts, and correspondence.
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales tracking systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, or similar).
- Coordinate and follow up on group bookings, site inspections, and client events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Support the organization of promotional activities, events, and familiarization (FAM) trips.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure successful event and group execution.
- Ensure all documentation, including contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and deposit records, are complete and accurate.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and supply management for the sales office.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
