Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Executive who is interested to join our dynamic team and help us expand our market presence. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and develop strategies for revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of Melilea’s products and effectively communicate their benefits.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and provide feedback to marketing and product development teams.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular performance reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve overall company objectives and participate in training sessions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, follow up with clients, and resolve any inquiries or issues promptly.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous sales experience, especially in health and wellness or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required.
