About the role
Join the dynamic sales team at HFC Tech Sdn Bhd as a Sales Administrator. In this fulltime role based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's sales operations and contributing to its continued success.
What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer enquiries and orders
- Handle daily customer quotes, sample arrangements, and order requests
- Track important project progress, collect and organize information
- Collect and analyze monthly and quarterly sales data
- Communicate and coordinate with sales/customers on issues and anomalies
- Manage customer contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements, and coordinate with relevant departments for reviews
- Reconcile invoices and follow up on payments
- Schedule shipments, print delivery notes, and audit shipping documents
- Oversee customs clearance, settlements, and after-sales service
- Perform tasks that are not part of their regular or pre-defined duties, and these tasks will be assigned on an as-needed basis
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably within the tech industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Fluent written and Spoken Proficiency is a MUST in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using various office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
