- Prepare, process and issue sales quotations, sales orders, invoices and delivery orders.
- Monitor and keep good track of stock inventory by ensuring accuracy of data recording.
- Plan, manage and coordinate delivery schedule and daily transport shipment.
- Assist salesperson in monitoring customer accounts and aging reports.
- Liaise closely with internal staff and external parties including china customers, suppliers, transporters and outsource agents.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports for review.
- Ensure proper record filling and documentation of reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Primary Language(s): English, Manderin.
- SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-2 years' working experience in a similar field.
- Result-oriented, aggressive, ability to communicate with a pleasant personality.
- Possess own vehicle and must be computer literate.
