Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You’ll oversee daily service, coordinate with the kitchen, guide the team, and uphold our high standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Maintain excellent customer service and handle feedback or complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs
- Coordinate inventory and stock with the kitchen and purchasing team
- Assist in scheduling, team performance evaluations, and on-the-job training
- Drive sales, support promotions, and monitor costs, wastage, and variances
- Work closely with management to meet sales and operational goals
- Promote discipline, teamwork, and professionalism within the team
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the food & beverage industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management tools.
- Positive attitude, hands-on approach, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for customer service and sales.
- Possess own transportation - *working location - Pavilion Damansara Heights.
