Role Summary:
Drive end‑to‑end recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with business needs. Experience in recruitment agency or BPO is an added advantage; volume hiring experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and agency/BPO networks.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct phone and face‑to‑face interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and selection criteria.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Volume Hiring Coordination: Plan and execute high‑volume recruitment drives while maintaining quality standards.
- Offer & Onboarding: Facilitate offer negotiations and coordinate smooth onboarding processes.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Experience in a recruitment agency or BPO environment is highly preferred.
- Volume hiring experience is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on candidate experience and process efficiency.
