What are your job responsibilities?
- Administrative Support to Contract (QS) Department
- Source for quotation for trade.
- Preparing BQ for tenders.
- Monitor all variation order are well recorded and claimed.
- Ensure every progress claim, certifications, invoices to clients are issued on timely basis.
- Filed documents to maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Assist to source, negotiate and co-ordinate between suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers and vendors.
- Monitor all contractual record with clients and suppliers are comply as to protect the company interest at all time.
- General upkeep of the office, other related aspects of administration work for Contract Department.
- Sample collection from Supplier and sample submission to consultant/main contractor/client.
- Back-up reception when and needed.

- Fresh graduates in QS field are welcome to apply.
- Own transport is required.
- Proactive and initiative.
- Willing to take-up new task / challenges.
- Undertake other assigned tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
