- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
-Vendor & Principal Program Management - quarterly programs, promotions, and claimable incentives
- Request and review quotations
- Issue and manage purchase orders (POs), keyin purchase invoice and CNs
- Maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams
- Resolve delivery issues or discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages
- Liaise with inventory/warehouse departments on stock requirements
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and deliveries
- Able to perform work under minimum supervision and work as a team
- Perform other duties assign by the superior from time to time
