Responsibilities:

1. Request quotation from supplier and issue purchase orders (POs)

2. Liaise with supplier on the non-conforming incoming/ to ensure timely delivery.

3. Maintain accurate procurement records.

4. Enter order details (vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database.

5. Source and purchase materials, components, and services.

Requirements:

1. Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic purchasing systems.

3. Experience in manufacturing procurement is an advantage.

4. Detail-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision

5. Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
