Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of food outlets, ensuring high standards are maintained in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Lead, motivate, and guide a dynamic team of food hall staff to foster a positive, collaborative, and service-oriented working environment.
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift coordination, and managing both floor and kitchen activities to consistently meet service excellence.
- Monitor and manage stock levels and raw materials in the kitchen to ensure smooth operations and minimal wastage.
Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma in any field, with at least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an F&B Supervisor is required.
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and must possess own transportation.
- Able to work at Plaza Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
