Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day to day operation management matters and administrative jobs.
- To assist in Purchase and Sales operation. Responsible for sales order; prepare quotation, invoice and delivery order, wrapping goods and courier arrangement.
- To handle and follow up with suppliers' and customers' delivery.
- To prepare weekly stock report.
- To execute any additional duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Admin/Accounting or relevant field.
- Well verse with Microsoft office Excel and Word.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Good analytical thinking and sense of urgency.
- Self-motivation, multiple tasks and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to read and write Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar with Autocount accounting system will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
