Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via telephone and email to maintain weekly sales volumes.
- Ensure system data accuracy, including journey plans and stock records.
- Verify accuracy in customer orders and invoices.
- Follow up with clients to obtain missing information and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain and update customer and sales records.
- Generate and prepare monthly sales performance reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Diploma or higher qualifications in any discipline.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
