Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Expansion & Market Launch
- Assist in executing franchise expansion plans into international markets, covering site acquisition, store opening, and post-launch support.
- Support franchisees during market launches through store attachment planning, operational training, and supply chain readiness.
- Work with marketing and R&D teams to adapt products and campaigns for local markets.
Operations & Performance
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and warehouses to ensure smooth procurement and timely outlet supply fulfillment.
- Monitor outlet performance and assist in implementing strategies to improve KPIs and revenue.
- Conduct regular outlet audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards.
Training & Support
- Prepare and maintain franchisee training materials, product SOPs, and marketing toolkits for consistency across markets.
- Provide operational support and guidance to franchise partners.
Financial Coordination
- Liaise with finance teams to ensure timely billing and collections from franchise markets.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in franchise operations, business development, or related roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
