Record to Report team responsible for operational management of activities within Intercompany:

Assist the RTR Intercompany Team Manager in implementing department strategies and initiative

Supervising the daily operations of the intercompany accounting team to ensure the accurate and timely execution of intercompany processes.

Coordinating with other departments and business units to resolve intercompany related issues.

Developing and implementing intercompany accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

Providing support during internal and external audits related to intercompany transactions.

Leading and managing team members, providing them with training and development opportunities as necessary.

Generating regular reports on intercompany account statuses and present to management.

Set and monitor tolerances & parameters, users and related profiles in the master database in the ERP & relevant system.

Ensure Internal Control Framework (ICF) controls are executed and are compliant to FC control framework.

What we ask

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field.

Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent is strongly preferred.

Minimum of 5 – 8 Years of experience in Record to Report operations.

Experience in shared services, GBS or multinational corporate environments is essential.

Proven track record in leading teams, driving process improvements and delivering results under tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams.

Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, reconciliation, and cross border compliance requirements.
