What we ask
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 5 – 8 Years of experience in Record to Report operations.
Experience in shared services, GBS or multinational corporate environments is essential.
Proven track record in leading teams, driving process improvements and delivering results under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams.
Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
