1. Business Opportunity Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property and facilities management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Attend meetings, presentations, and networking events to represent the company.
3. Proposal and Tender Preparation
- Prepare business proposals, tender documents, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal) to gather input for proposals.
4. Marketing & Branding Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote services.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, digital content).
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, targets, and performance.
- Analyze project profitability and client feedback.
6. Contract Negotiation (when required)
- Support negotiation of terms and pricing with clients, in collaboration with management.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM5,400.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
