· Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting data entry using accounting software.
· Issue and manage invoice, receipts and payment vouchers.
· Track and reconcile accounts receivable and payable.
· Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
· Maintain organized filing of accounting documents and records.
· Liase with auditors, tax agents, and banks as required.
· To do stock take.
· Handle ad-hoc assignments from management.
