Job Responsibilities
- Draft company regulations such as Articles of Association, board meeting rules, confidentiality policies, and other internal governance documents.
- Prepare and review company-level contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies.
- Review business rules, contracts, and external documents drafted by business departments.
- Develop and update compliance regulations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Review business processes and documents from a compliance perspective to mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Familiarity with English legal terminology.
- Prior internship experience in the financial industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Candidates from Malaysia, Pakistan, India, and other Southeast Asian countries are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
